During a large Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) Project, a shutdown resulted from high damage ratios on telephone drops. Jennifer created a training class using industry standards, best practices, and state law for safe digging. After selling the concept to the customer, lead a team to train 1000+ personnel in one weekend, which allowed forward production to recommence resulting in path production up to 50,000 feet a day grossing $350 million in 4-years
Jennifer is a Colorado native who currently resides in Westminster. She is the proud mother of 3 children. Jennifer attended the University of South Dakota, graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science, Political Science. She continued her education at Denver University where she earned her Masters of Environmental Policy and Management.
